Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User in the process of placing an order for the purchase of a Book in electronic, audio or printed version on the resource owned by the sole proprietorship Amalyan T.V. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller, We).

1. General Provisions

1.1. We respect the User’s right to privacy and undertake to ensure proper protection of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.

1.2. The provision of personal data by the User means his voluntary, informed and unambiguous consent to their processing in accordance with this Policy and the terms of the public offer.

2.1. We may process the following personal data of the User:

  • surname, first name (if necessary – patronymic);
  • contact telephone number;
  • email address;
  • postal address (for delivery of a printed copy);
  • other information voluntarily provided by the User when placing an order.

  • proper fulfillment by the Seller of its obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the Book;
  • communication with the User to clarify the order or provide supporting information;
  • recording orders and improving the quality of service;

4.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the goals specified in section 3 of this Policy, but not longer than is provided for by applicable law.

The User has the right to:

  • request changes, clarifications or deletion of their personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • file a complaint with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding violation of rights in the field of personal data protection.

6. Protection of personal data

6.1. We take the necessary organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data, their accidental loss, destruction or alteration.

7. Changes to the Policy

7.1. We reserve the right to change this Policy in the event of service updates or changes in legislation. The current version is always available on the relevant page of the resource.
