regarding the purchase of a book in electronic, audio and printed formats
This document is an official proposal (public offer) of the individual entrepreneur Amalyan Tygran Viljamsovych, RNOKPP: 2864120859 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to conclude a purchase and sale agreement with any person who accepts this offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Acceptance of this Offer is confirmation that the Buyer is familiar with, understands and agrees with its terms.
1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the book selected in one or more formats:
and the Buyer undertakes to pay for it in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
2.1. The order is placed through the website (https://amalyan.cor-int.com/)
2.2. After placing the order, the Buyer receives confirmation by e-mail or other specified communication channel.
3.1. Payment is made in cashless form (via payment services) on the terms of 100% prepayment.
3.2. All prices on the site are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia (UAH), and are final at the time of placing the order.
4.1. Electronic and audio formats are provided by providing a download link or sent to the Buyer’s email address.
4.2. The printed version of the book is delivered by courier service or by mail. The terms of delivery (cost, terms, carrier) are specified on the website or agreed with the Buyer separately.
5.1. The Buyer has the right to return the printed version of the Book of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of its receipt, subject to compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the provisions of this Offer.
5.2. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, certain categories of goods of proper quality are not subject to return, in particular printed products defined as not subject to exchange and return.
5.3. Electronic and audio versions of the Book (hereinafter referred to as the Content) are not subject to return or exchange after payment and provision of access, in accordance with Part 5 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
5.4. To initiate the return procedure for printed goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by sending an email to: [your email] with the subject “Return of goods”. The request must include the order number, reason for return, and contact details.
5.5. The return of a printed copy is possible only if the product is in its original condition: the book must be without traces of use, damage, with labels present, and protective packaging, if any.
5.6. If the book was delivered in individual packaging, it must be returned in the same packaging with additional external protection during shipment. In the event of improper packaging, as a result of which the product or packaging was damaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return.
5.7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to satisfy the return request if it is established that the damage to the product occurred as a result of improper storage, use, or transportation of the product by the Buyer.
5.8. All return requests are considered within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt of complete information from the Buyer.
6.1. The Seller is not responsible for the inability to use the electronic or audio format in the event that the Buyer’s device does not meet the technical requirements.
6.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the contact and payment details provided by him.
6.3. The Content is intended solely for the personal use of the Buyer. Its copying, public distribution or transfer to third parties without the written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
7.1. By accepting the terms of this Offer, the Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of performing the contract.
7.2. The data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
8.1. This Offer shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Seller’s website and shall be valid indefinitely, until its withdrawal or amendment.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement is not reached, in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
