Refund Terms and Conditions

In accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and taking into account the specifics of the goods (printed publications), returns or exchanges of goods of proper quality are not permitted.

However, we guarantee a refund or exchange of goods in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, provided the issue is confirmed by our inspection.

Conditions for refund or exchange of goods:

1. Grounds for return:

  • detected manufacturing defect;
  • mechanical damage sustained prior to receipt of the goods by the buyer, provided the goods are inspected at the postal branch.

2. Procedure:

  • Notify us of the detected defect within 2 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order (in accordance with the date specified in the waybill).
  • Send a photo/video of the damage and a description of the issue to the email or messenger specified on the website.
  • After the defect is confirmed, we will agree with you on a method to resolve the situation:
    ‐ Exchange for an identical product (subject to availability);
    ‐ Refund if the product is unavailable for exchange.

3. Refund timelines:

  • Refunds are processed to the bank card used for the original payment within 3–5 business days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Shipping costs in the event of a return:

If a manufacturing defect or damage to the goods is confirmed, the seller shall bear the return shipping costs.

Terms of Receipt and Delivery of Goods / Services

1. Delivery

  • Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the “Nova Poshta” service — to a branch or by courier to your door.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from the moment of payment confirmation.
  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) to track your parcel.

2. Payment

  • We operate on a 100% prepayment basis before dispatch. Available methods:
    ‐ bank transfer to the FOP (Individual Entrepreneur) account;
    ‐ online payment through the payment system on the website.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) is not provided, which precludes contact with the product before it is handed over to the end consumer; this is essential to ensure the sterility of medical devices.

3. Order Processing

  • After payment confirmation, the order is assembled and delivered within 1–2 business days.
  • In case of a delay on our part, we will notify you in advance and offer alternative solutions.
